MainDuct was informative and professional throughout the duration of the hired work, both on the phone, via email, and their field staff as well. During the project, there was an element of the job that should have been discussed and approved prior to independently making a decision on the spot. Ultimately, MainDuct came back and fixed everything per the request. Communication hiccup aside, MainDuct ultimately got the job done at a satisfactory level and we appreciate them fixing what needed fixing. We would recommend. Thank you!

They absolutely crushed it, and I will totally be hiring them back again. It began turning off on its own, and to make matters worse, water started leaking and splashing onto my living room floor. I really didn’t want to replace the AC just yet, so I decided to give it another chance and see if it could be repaired. I found MainDuct Inc. on Yelp, and I’m so glad I did. Their response was incredibly fast, and they were able to have a technician come out later that same day. The process was quick, but very thorough. The technician took his time inspecting the AC, then removed it from the window and completely opened it up. I was honestly shocked when I saw what was inside it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages! There was an unbelievable amount of dirt and debris, the drainage was clogged, and water had accumulated inside the unit. This was my first time in 4 years getting my AC checked. Both technicians did an amazing job cleaning everything out, addressing the drainage problem, and getting the AC back into working condition. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly rather than just giving me a quick fix. I now have what feels like a brand-new, fully functional AC without having to spend money on replacing it. I’m very happy with the service from MainDuct Inc. and would absolutely recommend them to anyone having AC issues. Fast response, thorough work, and great technicians. Definitely worth calling!
