We have now had three wonderful experiences with this company. I have a house in East Flatbush, and after a renovation our mini split units were in terrible shape because the contractor forgot to cover them. Green Ductors truly saved the day, not only was the person who answers the phone there Amy helpful and warm and extremely informative, the price was incredible. The local plumbing company wanted to charge astronomically more, and with Green Ductors they provided transparent pricing over the phone and emailed me a clear estimate (no gimmicks where they have to come to your home first to give you the estimate). The crew arrived on time in the 2-hour window, and Andrew and Tim were a pleasure to have in our home. They were extremely thorough with the mini split deep cleaning and they also provide before and after pictures of the inside to show you what they did. They use green cleaning materials so that is peace of mind for us and the pets breathing it in after. They took their time and did wonderful cleanup after. We are thrilled, and it is such peace of mind to have Green Ductors for mini split cleaning (they do central AC vents too if you have them), and also for laundry and dryer vent cleaning. They are also extremely honest, when they came to clean our dryer vent, they let us know ours was so clean we don't need to have them back every year, that once every 4-5 years would suffice for our usage. This kind of stuff makes me trust them. No scare tactics or pushy sales or memberships, just high quality service and they show you the evidence of the work they did in a report they email you after. Thank you green ductors for making my home cleaner and safer!
