Excellent experience with The Cool Factory! We had another company recommend thousands of dollars in furnace repairs and duct cleaning, so we decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad we did! The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He explained everything clearly, replaced our noisy inducer motor, and cleaned the dusty furnace components. He also reassured us that we didn’t need to replace the entire furnace. All the work came to just $850, saving us thousands of dollars.
