We bought a 1952 house recently, and got a few estimates for different companies. The clearest no-nonsense estimate was Expert Evironmental. They showed all costs up front and clearly. Then we got to talk to and work with Matt. Matt was a professional in every sense, leading us through what he could inspect, and explaining what each substance in the house could be, and the odds of it containing asbestos. He was patient and thorough, and answered every question question. And though he was a true professional, he was personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and Matt to anyone needing an asbestos inspection.

Matt is a rockstar. I was quoted $9,000 from a mold contractor who said we had a "growth" in our attic. Matt did an inspection and did not find any mold in the space. He also educated us on the mold process in NYS. He was worth every penny.
