I love Buffalo Plumbing Showroom! I work in the office for a local renovations contractor. I deal with LOTS of suppliers in the area, and I can always count on IRENE over at Buffalo Plumbing Showroom to provide customers looking for kitchen and bathroom fixtures AMAZING product knowledge and expertise, along with a showroom full of the latest and greatest products. On the Contractor side, their huge warehouse either has everything we need in stock, or can get it FAST, making it easy to keep projects on-time. The friendly staff are great with advice and coming up with solutions to pretty much any issue that can and will pop up in renovations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank you I greatly appreciate your effort , understanding and quick response . Celeste Very disappointed with the service. Received my order on the wrong delivery date. When my husband called to say we were missed a glass door he didn't even receive an apology from our salesperson. When we installed the shower surround, we were once again missing the adhesive and bottom of door striping. I went into the store and once again didn't even receive an apology and I'm still waiting for the striping since I had to buy adhesive to install the surround. The quality is there but very very disappointed in the sales person.
