Absolutely appalling customer service. After assuring me they could acquire certified Samsung parts for my repair I paid $250 for a diagnostic. They identified 4 parts that need replacing and told me they would order them. Now, 6 weeks later still with no A/C in my apartment, and after me calling and chasing them up 10+ times, still no sign of the parts. Now I'm tasked with trying to source the parts myself because they won't do it. Complete waste of time and money
