There was a gas leak in the 3rd floor apartment (2 floors above mine). They came in, installed a riser gas line pipe from the basement, through my apartment, through the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor apartment with the issue. Paul, Tom and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every step of their process up until completion. Reliable communication & service. I would strongly recommend their services. Thanks for your great business.

I highly recommend Paul and his team! From the beginning, they have been professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had a complicated gas-related issue at our property that required coordination with different parties, inspections, and National Grid. It was a stressful situation, but Paul was always patient and willing to explain everything clearly. He and his team worked very hard to address the issues, answer all of our questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. What I appreciated most was how responsive and dependable Paul was. Whenever I had concerns or was confused about the process, he took the time to communicate with me and help me understand what needed to be done. He truly went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful to Paul and his entire team for all of their hard work, professionalism, and dedication. It has been a pleasure working with them, and I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing and heating professional. Thank you again, Paul, for everything you and your team have done for us!

Paul is genuinely the man. We had a bit of a gas leak and called, and he was immediately happy to help. Have never met someone so knowledgable, so genuine, and so good at getting the job done at the same time. He was beyond helpful in every possible way, and I will not be calling any other plumber or gas specialist ever again in New York City. 10/10 service and 10/10 guy.
