Hot water tank of 20 Years had quick death. We called Grasshopper at 7:00 am as website said they were open. Dispatcher left a little to be desired, however, once we were on the same page, from the text and call from Technician, it was and seamless and stellar experience. Kenneth, our Tech, listened to our situation, relayed to Super and in 5 hours, from start to finish, we had a new, up to code hot water tank! Most definitely recommend.
