Replaced my a/c condenser and air handler. I originally had a 30+ year old system that finally bit the dust. Borelli came next day, accessed the situation and was able to provide a reasonable quote. Still did more research and ended up going with Borelli. Everything with the installation went smoothly.
I had a gas leak emergency and A. Borrelli Mechanical helped me navigate the process with ConEd as my gas was shut off and red tagged. All my inspections with my town and ConEd passed with no issues and I had my gas turned back on with in 2 weeks. Which I am told is a quick turn around time for these issues. I highly recommend their services.
After ConEd found a minor gas leak in one of the 90 degree elbow joints in the line from the main valve to the meter, they had no choice but to shut off my gas until the problem was resolved. Other plumbers wanted to charge me between $4,600 and $12,000 just to find and fix what A. Borrelli did in less than two hours. They were able to re-apply pipe dope to the joint in question, since the pipes were still in working condition, along with other parts of the pipe run. After all was said and done, their prices still came out more than half less than the lowest estimate, saving me thousands in the process. That and their work passed pressure testing for both the village of Mount Kisco and ConEd. They also showed up on time or early for both the village and ConEd inspections, and as before, all of them passed pressure testing with flying colors. In less than a week, they were able to fix the initial problem while going through the paperwork with the town and ConEd in parallel, which naturally took longer. As a result, the downtime was no more than three and a half weeks. Will definitely hire them again in the future for all of my natural gas plumbing needs.
