10/10 Great staff, amazing communication, and fast ordering. This is the place to get your HVAC parts all in one. They can get a part within a day to three days easy.

DO NOT BUY HERE WITHOUT INSPECTING YOUR EQUIPMENT PRIOR. Better yet, use a different supplier that cares for their customers. We spent $12,000 with these people purchasing top of the line Bosch IDS equipment only for it to arrive totally damaged, both the indoor and outdoor units. The units were installed before the damage was noted as a lot of the damage was internal damage and required replacement parts,I clouding an entire blower motor/squirrel cage assembly. Yeah on a "brand new unit" for $12k! We were told we would be compensated for the damaged units and submitted photos and all. They never did a single thing for us. Contacted Johnstone after a month of not hearing from them and was given the run around by Reed at the front counter and told that the contractor would receive a credit if anything. Contacted the contractor and they told me they were offered a mere $250 off the next system they purchased from Johnstone. Who in their right mind would even continue to puchase from a supplier like this!? What does this do for the customer?? NOTHING AT ALL. Cheap company, cheap supplier. They should have put this unit in a scratch and dent sale but instead wanted to maximize their profits at our expense. Well you made your bed Johnstone, now lay in it. Update: Review has already been viewed over 1350+ times, wake up Johnstone, burning your customers and pretending not to notice honest reviews like this is no way to do business. Last photo shows the impact of this review with 1357 views and counting 🤷♂️maybe it would have been the better thing to do to take care of your customers instead of hiding!
