Animo Plumbing

Animo Plumbing was very helpful, quick to respond, and clearly knew what they were doing. We reached out after our well pump stopped working on a Saturday evening, and although the office was already closed, the voicemail explained how to book a service appointment online. The first opening was for Monday afternoon, so we reserved it right away. Because we had no water, they followed up on Sunday and moved us to an earlier visit on Monday morning. The plumber arrived as promised, checked the system, and confirmed the submersible well pump was not sending a proper signal. Later that same day, a crew came out and replaced the pump, which got our water service back up and running. About a week later, the water system started acting up again and would cut on and off. We called back, and even though it started working again before the plumber returned the call, they still chose to come out and inspect everything to find the real cause. That extra effort meant a lot, especially since intermittent plumbing and well pressure problems can be hard to track down. After testing the setup, they found that the pressure switch was shorting out. They replaced the faulty part and were very fair about the charge, which was a huge relief after the earlier pump replacement. We really appreciated how responsive, honest, and thorough they were through the whole process, and everything has been working well since then.

I bought my first home, and within the first week the main drain line backed up. Water was coming up through several drains, and I thought it was going to be a huge plumbing repair with a very high cost. Russell and Emmanuel showed up quickly and got right to work. They cleared a large amount of tree roots from the sewer line and handled the clogged drain problem with a great attitude the whole time. They were professional, easy to talk to, and explained the plumbing issue in simple terms so I had a much better understanding of the repair and future drain maintenance. They also did a careful inspection of the rest of the system to check for any other visible plumbing concerns. I really appreciated how thorough they were, and I felt confident in the work they completed. I am very happy with the service, the pricing, and the overall experience.

Great job on the plumbing work. Thanks for sending three of your best plumbers, Joe, Russell, and Taylor, to rework the drainage around my house and make sure everything was flowing the way it should. They handled the outside drain line work and the plumbing under my house with real care, even during the summer heat. They stayed professional the whole time, worked hard, and never complained. I also appreciated how well they cleaned up the work area each day. They kept me updated on what had been finished, explained the next steps clearly, and made sure I understood how the drain and pipe work was progressing. They even brought my trash can back in after pickup, which was a very thoughtful extra touch. It is not easy to find a plumbing crew that is this dependable, respectful, and thorough, and I would absolutely call them again for any future plumbing or drain service.

I needed a plumber for our business and asked around online for recommendations. A lot of people pointed me in the right direction, so I called and they sent someone out very quickly. We had water leaking through the wall from a utility tub faucet, and Damon arrived right away to take care of it. He found the issue fast, made the repair, and got everything working properly again. The whole service call was smooth, professional, and stress free. Damon was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the plumbing problem in simple terms. What really stood out was the excellent customer care and how quickly they responded to an urgent leak. As a first-time customer, we were treated extremely well and felt confident in the quality of the work. It is great to know we now have a reliable plumber we can call whenever we need plumbing service for our business. Highly recommend for fast response, honest service, and top quality plumbing work.
