Animo Plumbing was very helpful, quick to respond, and clearly knew what they were doing. We reached out after our well pump stopped working on a Saturday evening, and although the office was already closed, the voicemail explained how to book a service appointment online. The first opening was for Monday afternoon, so we reserved it right away. Because we had no water, they followed up on Sunday and moved us to an earlier visit on Monday morning. The plumber arrived as promised, checked the system, and confirmed the submersible well pump was not sending a proper signal. Later that same day, a crew came out and replaced the pump, which got our water service back up and running. About a week later, the water system started acting up again and would cut on and off. We called back, and even though it started working again before the plumber returned the call, they still chose to come out and inspect everything to find the real cause. That extra effort meant a lot, especially since intermittent plumbing and well pressure problems can be hard to track down. After testing the setup, they found that the pressure switch was shorting out. They replaced the faulty part and were very fair about the charge, which was a huge relief after the earlier pump replacement.
