Beginning with my initial contact with Andy in Sales who was always available to answer my questions and concerns, to the office staff handling the paper work and ultimately the installation crew, they exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism rarely found in companies today. The whole conversion process was hassle free and on time. I can't say enough about Delvin and Oleg who were my installers. They arrived always on time, installed the equipment flawlessly and always made sure to leave my area the same way they found it when leaving for the day. The company is certified by Mitsubishi as a Mitsubishi Electric Elite Diamond Contractor. An accolade they truly deserve.
