I had a two pumps that burnt out at a customer. They came down and with a few hours had a temporary loaner pump installed. Until we ordered two new pumps and they reconstructed the entire system, including a new pit cover that was completely corroded and falling apart, beautiful and amazing job always a pleasure they are very knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it

We are running a convinience store in a midtown hotel for many years and for 5 years there was a problem of AC in the store lobby area. Guests were complaining specially in summer time. We called Ritz HVAC & Pump Service and they responded very quickly and attended fast, even though it was peak summer season they quickly installed brand new HVAC system for our shop. With a very professional team, they explained everything and finished promptly. Now honestly the store area is so cold my staff is asking for sweaters! But this is a good problem to have after 5 years of tackling heat.
