Michael Donahue helped me in the coldest time of winter when our boiler was not reigniting. We started off with just text messages and he was trying to help me get the pilot light to stay lit. We eventually established the boiler needed a new motor to keep the the glass water meter vial full. He fixed it and serviced our boiler with cleanser. Afterwards he also installed two sink faucets for my kitchen & bathroom. Michael is thorough , & most of all reliable & has heart. He provides service, but he actually cares about customers well being. If you need a thorough plumber, that gets jobs done & who cares, choose this company. Michael gets the job(/s) done & he has heart. Thank you so much Michael.

Michael is hands down the best plumber in Brooklyn, and arguably all of NYC. I had three different plumbers attempt to fix my leaky radiator, but instead of solving the issue, I was repeatedly charged for assessments and minor tweaks. I was even told the radiator needed to be replaced. I sent Michael a video of the problem, and he came the very next day knowing how urgent the situation was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without needing to replace the radiator. The repair involved cutting pipes and replacing parts he already had on hand, and he completed everything efficiently and professionally. He also made sure to clean up afterward. Thanks to Michael, I can finally sleep soundly and avoid further water damage, something no other plumber was able to deliver. He truly is exceptional at his craft, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion. He explained every step along the way and made sure to always clean up and respect our home. He's easy to talk to, trustworthy, and simply works as if he's working in his own home. It was a relief to find someone as skilled as him and someone I could rely on to get the job done. Our new system is incredibly efficient and works great. He even helped troubleshoot a radiator that hasn't worked in years and now it works fine. I recommend Mike without hesitation.

Mike is great. Showed up last minute on a Friday afternoon, and did an excellent job on our sink repair.

Our building lost hot water on the weekend. He came on a Saturday when no one else would take my call. He was communicative from the start and went the extra mile while on-site. He got the hot water heater working again also discovered and stayed late to fix another issue. I greatly appreciate his help and would call him again in future.
