TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! Awful company with ZERO care about customer service. They had good reviews on Google, so I contacted them about my clogged bathroom sink. At this point, I don't think the reviews are actually real (read the reviews below about offering discounts for 5-star reviews). They charged a $200 service call to come out, which I was fine with. The plumber came and assessed the work and said it would cost $425, so $225 more. I accepted because I was worried that it was serious and was going to take a lot of work. He did not mention what was required or how much time it would take. Super sneaky. Then he proceeded to take out a $10 plastic hand-held snake (you can buy them on Amazon for around $10) and spent less than 5 mins putting it in the sink to get it to drain. He FORGOT to bring his professional-grade drain cleaner, so he used MY Drano to flush the sink. He was there for all of 10 mins!!!!! They are a COMPLETE SCAM AND A TOTAL RIP-OFF. I've now called their customer service number FOUR TIMES to let them know I don’t think $425 was a fair price for a job, and every time they promise that they'll speak with their supervisor and get back to me, but they have NEVER called me back. They should have NEVER CHARGED ME more than the $200 service call!
ZERO stars. They confirmed--and then cancelled--on us two days in a row. Big thumbs down.
My kitchen outlets kept tripping whenever I used multiple appliances, even though it didn't seem overloaded. The electrician explained that the circuit wasn't designed for modern usage and upgraded it properly. Now everything runs smoothly.
Great customer service. Will be recommending to friends and family
