I wouldn’t trust this company as one of their service technicians has an anger issue, and I would be scared for him to be working in my house or business. If their judgment is so clouded that they hire an individual like this, stay away.

I’m very disappointed with the pricing I received from Einstein Plumbing. I had a clogged HVAC drain line that the plumber blew out in just a few minutes. I also needed two leaking PVC pipe fittings to be reinstalled or resealed, which would require a return visit. I was then quoted more than $2,500 for the work. Given the relatively straightforward nature of the repairs, I found the price exorbitant and decided not to move forward with the additional work. I am still being charged over $400 just for blowing out the drain line. (I have since bought a blow out line cleaner from amazon $35.99) Our building has used Einstein Plumbing for multiple jobs in the past, so it’s particularly disappointing to feel taken advantage of as a repeat customer. The plumber who came to my home was professional and courteous, and my complaint is not with him. My issue is entirely with the extremely high pricing, which I simply cannot justify for the scope of work involved.
