Believe the reviews. All about Tom and Edwin are true. They do what they say and are easy to work with. Not only design and installation but also the paperwork for a rebate and tax credit. Our units were installed in October and heated the house great during our cold winter. Then summer came and an issue arouse with one of our units. The tech missed the appointment window but was kind enough to call with a heads up. Hey life happens right. He got here after hours and had the unit running tip top in no time at all. Most people wouldn't call or try to reschedule or something else less convenient but these guys are dedicated and will go the extra steps to keep us cool or warm but always happy. Good work team!
