Okay so I manage a small coffee shop in the West Village and our bathroom sink decided to flood the whole back area right before the morning rush. Total disaster. Called NYC Plumbing Solutions at like 9am and they had someone there before I even finished my first coffee. The guy was super professional, fixed the pipe in no time, and even checked our other sinks just to make sure everything was good. Didn't try to overcharge me or make up extra problems which I really appreciated because I've had that happen before with other companies. He left the place cleaner than he found it honestly. The office also called me later that day to follow up and make sure everything was still working. That kind of service is rare in this city. Definitely bookmarking their number for the next time something goes wrong in this old building.

I contacted NYC Plumbing for a drain cleaning after our kitchen sink kept backing up. During the inspection, they found the problem was farther down the line, so we also had a sewer cleaning done. The technician explained everything before starting the work, and there were no surprise charges. Once they finished, all the drains were flowing normally again, and the unpleasant odor was completely gone. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and left the work area clean. If you need dependable plumbing in NYC, I'd definitely recommend them. They made what seemed like a major problem much easier to deal with.

I had a persistent leak under my bathroom sink, and after searching for a plumber in NYC, I called NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7. They sent a technician the same afternoon who quickly identified a damaged pipe joint causing the issue. The repair was done neatly, and they even checked nearby fittings to make sure everything was secure. It’s rare to find such professional plumbing in New York that’s both responsive and transparent with pricing. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing fast and reliable plumbing help in Manhattan!

One evening, I realized my hallway floor was damp, even though no one had spilled anything—so I checked the bathroom upstairs and found the vanity base soaked. After a quick search for emergency plumbing in NYC, I called NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7. They were responsive and had a plumber in NYC arrive within a couple of hours, which was surprisingly fast for New York. The technician was professional and immediately checked for common trouble spots. It turned out there was a slow leak from a cracked supply line behind the vanity. He replaced the damaged section cleanly, dried the surrounding area, and even re-seated the cabinet base. Then, he took a lux (moisture meter) reading inside the wall to confirm no hidden dampness remained—something I didn’t expect but really appreciated. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful he was in explaining how routine checks (especially after temperature shifts or after heavy showers) can catch these issues early before water damage sets in. If you want trustworthy NYC plumbing—especially when something unexpected happens—this company's your team.
