I met with 5 hvac companies to get quotes to replace our 15 year old central air system. We homeowners know that the cheapest quote is often NOT the way to go, but Ben gave us such an incredible price that I tried to see the drawbacks of going with them. Their number of 5 star reviews were hard to believe! I was so nervous because a previous hvac company had installed a loud Carrier condenser that constantly made a high pitched whine that they tried to tell me was within normal range. They eventually ripped it out and refunded me, but it was an extremely stressful time with so much money on the line. Ben promised me that I’d be more than happy with the 2 Bosch units he installed and he was right! They’re incredibly quiet and do a great job cooling our house. The more expensive Carrier would leave the house feeling humid before kicking in again and I was constantly adjusting the temperature. Ben is someone that gives you a good feeling when you meet him in person. Never go with someone that gives you that slimey salesguy feeling! Thank you, Ben, for being so accessible during the entire process and always ensuring me that everything would be ok. You’re the best!
