From the first encounter with the office staff, Lauren and Emily, I had a positive experience Eric, the company rep. just left my home. He was professional, informative and above all honest and thorough. I specifically had a problem with water seepage, which may have been resolved buy snaking out our footing drain. Eric proposed a sump pump and excellent discharge plan...IF AND ONLY. IF the seepage returns....as after several heavy rains we had no issue. I appreciated his honesty and integrity...often rare to find when seeking an estimate..
