I would not recommend this company. We called during a sewage emergency and were told someone would call us back within 15 minutes. That call never came. Hours went by with no communication while we were dealing with a hazardous situation in our home. By the time they finally contacted us the next day, we had already hired another company that responded promptly and took care of the problem. When you're dealing with a sewage backup, every minute matters. If you tell a customer they'll receive a callback in 15 minutes, you need to follow through. The lack of urgency and communication was extremely disappointing. Thankfully, another company stepped up when this one didn't.

The demo work, removing mold-infiltrated bathroom ceiling and overlying insulation from a prior roof leak, was done quickly and cleanly. The restoration work, lead by Carlos Medoza, was efficiently and carefully done as well. The company was very accommodating of my scheduling needs. I highly recommend this company.
