SEAN WAS GREAT
Tech did a fine job . It was my first annual cleaning for my boiler and HW tank. And had just coughed up the 332.00 plus tax, which I was hit with not knowing ahead of time. So 356.00 for a contract for year. And then got treated like this. The very disappointing part was when he determined the expansion tank needed replacement. He called his manager and that's when I got totally soured. He said to replace the expansion tank and the pressure relief valve would cost a thousand dollars. The tank costs 67.00 at home depot. The valve costs 27.00. Both parts are held on by a nut. It would take way less than an hour. WOW! AND...here's the other kicker...they wanted 50 percent up front. Who does business that way? The tech said he had the tank on his truck. He took it out of a new box and it was used . I will never call them again. They can keep the 356.00. I look at it as tuition for a valuable lesson learned.
The service person Rick, was very knowledgeable
