Working day before our appointment they canceled and then never tried to reschedule. I guess they might be alright if you can get them to show up...don't rely on them though.

I have utilized many contractors in the past, but haven’t experienced the level of customer commitment and attention to detail as I have with Hubbard. Recently I contracted Hubbard to install a new boiler system in my home. Their pricing was competitive, the product and warranty was superior to the other quotes I received and the service delivery was noting less than world class. Not only was Chad personable and very knowledgeable, he was professional and cleaned up after himself daily. Coming from a service industry myself, I was very appreciative of the care he took to make sure the job was done right. He and Hubbard get my highest recommendation and I will be direct anyone looking for a heating & a/c contractor in my area (Finger Lakes) to them!

Service is good - but beware as they do overcharge and are known in the area to be very expensive - to the extent that it outweighs the semi decent service they provide. Expect a 150-200 labor fee for a 5 minute visit.
