I had an outstanding experience with Diaz Brothers HVAC installing my Daikin mini-split system. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. Before the installation, he took the time to explain which size system was appropriate for my home and why. He also walked me through the different options and recommended the system that would perform best during our New York winters. He explained everything so thoroughly and clearly that by the end of the conversation, I honestly felt like I had taken an HVAC class. His knowledge and willingness to educate me gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just run the refrigerant lines in the quickest way possible—they carefully planned the routing to maximize the system's efficiency while also making sure everything looked clean and aesthetically pleasing. It's rare to find a contractor who cares that much about both performance and appearance. They were also extremely respectful of my home, even wearing booties over their shoes to protect my flooring while working inside. The entire installation was done with exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. If you're looking for an HVAC company that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Diaz Brothers HVAC. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
