We recently had Ryan's Lead Home Energy Auditor Tyler McDermott come out to the house for energy/insulation audit. He was super knowledgeable and professional, the whole process took just over an hour or so. He was able to get us set up in the NYSERDA program to assist with a major insulation upgrade. All said and done, in just over a month the project was approved and the insulation was installed. Our house is way out in the woods down in Bristol, it's quite a challenge to get to, and have actually had some jobs turned down by contractors in the past because of this. He was able to line up the right crew who he knew could come out and get the job done safely and efficiently. We're just getting into the cool season now and can already feel a difference from the work. If you have any insulation needs I highly recommend reaching out to Tyler at Ryan!
I just wanted to say thank you to Quinton and Nick. The service was wonderful. I can’t say enough about the two of them very friendly very professional very courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed them. The companies should give them a raise. They were great. I’ve been doing business with Ryan gotta be almost 10 years now and I like to write a review because I know you hear enough of the bad stuff. Well, let’s talk about the good stuff. They were great thank you to both of them.

20260721 is Latest adventure with Ryan’s plumbers. They sent Jonathan this time. I’ve been using them for over 10 years. This is Tuesday. Found basement bathroom flooded after doing laundry on Friday night. Cleaned it up. A little more on Sunday afternoon after my morning shower. Called Ryan’s on Monday. Jonathan showed up 2 hours before scheduled time. He snaked the sewer line from downstairs bathroom. Turned out there were some roots in it again! Leak was from underneath the toilet. Wax ring wasn’t tall old, but he needed a higher one to seal it properly. The one he replaced wasn’t high enough which is why sewer backed up through it. Easy fix. 2 hour job for $618. 10% discount for veterans. I’m retired USAF. Irondequoit Public Works will come by later to scope and clean my sewer line later today. No charge. Ryan’s doesn’t try to upsell you anything. Other companies have. ******. Previous visit ******** I called them to fix an upstairs toilet that was leaking onto downstairs toilet. The upstairs one needed a new wax ring that was installed in 2005. Then he replaced a faucet on my laundry room sink. While doing that I noticed that the pvc pipe from my sump pump was cracked at an elbow going into the same sewer line as the sink. While fixing that he had to fix another cracked pipe. He didn’t charge me for the pipe pieces. And I got a 10% discount for being a senior citizen or veteran. Very professional and friendly technician.
RJ was at my apartment today to repair my tankless water heater he was quick efficient and very kind. would absolutely recommend ryan to all my friends!!!!
