Technician called about hour before appointment to tell me when he expected to be here . He was polite and pleasant He informed me the furnace is old but is safe at this time Since furnance is so old consider getting ready to replace it in near future. Any major issue would mean furnace needs to be replaced the furnace is safe at this time and then verified age of furnance ,AC and hot water heater . Very helpful and informative
