Brandon installed a new hot water heater. My Jockey was the contractor with Home Depot. My old hot water heater failed and I was without hot water. My Jockey called me minutes from making the request with Home Depot. Jonathan was friendly , knowledgeable and responsive and the arrangements were made for a speedy install. Brandon did an excellent job despite some glitches due to a defective unit. The only negative was delays due to other emergencies. However, My Jockey gave me a price reduction to compensate. Thank you My Jockey and especially Brendon.

Received a text saying tech was on the way. Technician showed up sooner than expected. He did a thorough inspection explaining as he went along. Offered reasonable pricing plans with no pressure. Very satisfied with My Jockey.
