Will from Northeast Mechanical was simply the best. He was quick to respond to my text and was able to repair my AC the same day. My unit is old and I know it needs to get replaced soon, but I really appreciate the fact that he didn't try to talk me into getting a new system. As a matter of fact, he did the opposite and told me I could maybe get a couple more years out of the one. To me, that is the sign of a excellent service person.

North East Mechanical guys are awesome! Will was very knowledgeable about our furnace and found solutions to our problem very easily. They're quick and do an efficient job! Saw the results almost immediately! Highly recommended! (Also shout out to Patrick!)

Will was great, communicative, and very knowledgeable! Luckily our AC needed a quick repair and he came prepared with parts to fix it very quickly. Our house is a lot cooler now!

Will is great. He is responsive, and treated my home like his own when thinking about what he recommended and how he installed. Did a few small things to improve efficiency that I'm sure others would have done as an upsell and Will said "it's easy and important" and took care of them. Have already recommended to friends and will do so again.
