Had an appt, no one showed. When I called I got out on hold for a while, then when they came back the person said ..."yes, were calling to reschedule". I stated " but i called you". Person stated, "well, he tried to call you". It is a cell phone, it tells you when you have a call....Poor customer service, poor time management, poor scheduling. Definitely do not recommend, they can't even get the first visit off the ground.
