Long review but worth the time to read from an experienced General Contractor. NP Environmental did exceptional work diagnosing and repairing a "new" Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump system. I have to give the back story information 1st so I can give NP Environmental the 5 star review they most definitely deserve. I am a general contractor and hired company xxxxx to install a new Heat Pump system for my clients home and the new addition I built onto their home. Company xxxxx was an epic fail. The installation was messy, would not have passed electrical inspection and then the unit would not produce air conditioning when they returned to test the AC this past spring. After so-called completed installation last November they stated that the AC couldn’t be tested because of cold external temperatures and I was informed from the Mitsubishi Distributor (Meier Supply Company) and also NP Environmental that was completely inaccurate information. Company xxxxx attempted multiple times to correct the problem and failed. They stated it needed a new compressor unit but they couldn’t install it or make the other repairs and it required a Mitsubishi Technician to correct the problem which then I would approve the completed installation. Company xxxxx left me stranded and left it to me to correct the problem by researching and contacting the "the right" company (‘s) to "fix it". I was stunned, perplexed and ………… I called the distributor Meier Supply Company and was introduced to "Jeff" who was not pleased with everything that I told him with the information that I stated above. Jeff assured me the situation would be resolved by one of the local Mitsubishi "Diamond" dealer / installation companies. I was introduced to NP Environmental and based on exceptional reviews I called them and was put through to Trisha (installation and service coordinator) who assured me they would resolve the problem. HUGE RELIEF !!! This is a brand new Mitsubishi HP System costing approximately $23,000 that wasn’t operating. They sent their technician and the initial assessment was soooo not good. He had to start by removing all refrigerant because the system had "excessive" extra refrigerant when company xxxxx tried to repair the system after the failed AC test. The technician then inspected the entire system before proceeding with the multiple repairs including re-wiring the epic failures that would not have passed electrical inspection and also the epic failures of repairing the system lines and electrical wire that entered the home. NP also corrected where the same lines and electrical enter into the Mitsubishi outdoor unit. The work performed my Company xxxxx was cosmetically not clean work by any standard. NP Environmental stayed on the job until completion of full repair and functionality. The technicians continually updated me as progress was being made. In the end, I and the homeowner are 100% satisfied with everything that NP Environmental did to correct this disaster. Going forward as a General Contractor I will not use any other company to do "all’ HVAC for me. If I’m approached for a recommendation for everything HVAC, NP Environmental will be my only recommendation. I want to thank Trisha (installation and service coordinator) and Andy, Gerry, Nick C the exceptional technicians who diligently worked to resolve every issue with the initial installation. My client is very happy and thankful with the final results.

NP is the best in the business. Great service, top technical expertise, and quality work. We had them design, engineer, and install a geothermal unit for a new house. Everything had been perfect. Very responsive to our questions and ready to fix anything that needed fine tuning.

We've been with NP Environmental since 2012. Everyone on the team is really helpful & enthusiastic. They have great, innovative products and stand behind them. I recently had an electrical issue and called the office. Someone was dispatched that day to troubleshoot (traced to my electrical panel) & correct the issue. It's great to have a team watching your back!
