Like MANY other reviews here and on socials say, Jim the owner, doesn’t have the integrity to return calls. He’s does this to many and done it for years…no matter how polite and respectful you are, doesn’t matter. Some put up with it and act like it isn’t complete and utter disrespect, but those of us that have self respect absolutely don’t. We speak up for ourselves. Time’s the only thing we can’t get more of, and I don’t accept pple treating me badly. Jim came and gave me an estimate and then as I see is par for the course for him, oddly couldn’t handle returning a call. After I called and left a message with the receptionist 3 times over 3 weeks to get a date for the work, nothing. Jim couldn’t handle the simple task of having the integrity to even call. And that’s even after the last time I had called, politely reminding the always so nice receptionist that I haven’t heard anything still, and her assuring me that he would call this time. Well, that never happened. So we had someone with integrity do the work. Seriously if a guy can’t take literally 20 seconds to call people back and just let them know he’s busy or doesn’t want the work or whatever the situation is, he can’t be trusted with the integrity to do a good job either. Such a VERY strange way for a grown man to act. Steer clear and give someone else your business.

Jim, the owner, came on time to ck my heat pump hot water heater & took care of things quickly & professionally. He’s a friendly guy. I will definitely be calling Buriss again.

2 weeks ago in the bitter cold I had frozen and broken pipes under my house. I contacted Burris. I was in panic mode ... 2 technicians came to my house. They had to work in a crawl space under the house in wind chill temperatures that were minus 0 It was a much bigger job than I imagined. They went above and beyond to get the pipes thawed and repaired. Professional , efficient, caring people. Highly recommend Burris
