Mime and his tech were here at the eay end of the appointment window which I appreciated. They explained what needed to be done clearly. I was impressed with the effort to ensure that each vent was removed and cleaned out. I was horrified when I saw a chicken bone, a dog bone, and balled up paper in my kitchen vents. I cant imagine how they got in there - but Mike made sure nothing weird was left! After taking time with each of the vents from top to bottom; the guys the cleaned out all of my ductwork with the same level of attention to detail. This is my third awesome service interaction with Total Comfort. I will not go anywhere else for HVAC services moving forward!

Mike arrived on time and went to check on the furnace operation immediately. The furnace hadn't been checked in 3 years so I wanted the assurance that the upcoming winter would be trouble free. After cleaning everything and adjusting a slightly higher gas pressure we then talked about a zone valve issue I was seeing. He confirmed I found the issue and we talked about a possible fix. TBD Mike was there about 45 minutes and made sure everything was cleaned up before departing. I'm very pleased with his work.
