We started the week by receiving a call shortly before our 8am appointment and being told our regular technician wouldn't be able to make it until 10 am. We then received a call that a different technician would be sent to do our furnace cleaning/check up. Historically, this has not been a good thing, but we were told he was very thorough. I took away one star for every time H&M was here this week. Two visits were to fix the issues this technician caused by not putting a coupler back in place properly and by taking the motor off of our furnace and then not tightening the screws to put it back on. I should have taken the other 2 stars for the inconvenience, incompetence and 2 freezing cold showers I had to take as a result, but I was feeling generous. Let's hope that the 3rd time/visit is actually a charm, so their 2 star rating doesn't need to be edited. BTW - the trick to a no call, no show with this company is to call a few times, well in advance, to make sure your appointment is still on their schedule. Also, if you have a regular technician that knows what he is doing, save yourself a huge hassle and do not allow them to substitute with someone else!
