I just went in there to get a simple plumbing component described it exactly. They told me there was no such thing and that they had never heard of it plus it was delivered with such a condescending attitude that I almost believed them until I got to the car and given that my plumber friend had suggested it to me as a quick way to do an quick fix. I looked it up on the web and I took it back into show it to him. Guess that was not smart as he was even more condescending. The other guy behind the counter knew. No wonder the trades get such a bad rap with terrible disgusting customer service such as this. Never fear because you know it ain’t gonna happen today but within the next five years, I will be doing both bathrooms and it won’t use anything from there.
