I just recently moved into a new construction home and lived here for about a month. For the fist time I needed to use the thermostat for heat. It kicked on for a few seconds and turned off. It wouldn't heat my home. They said they will have to bill me $140 for diagnostic even though this is a new HVAC. I can go to other companies who have free diagnostic.
