Michael from the sales team was incredibly thorough and took extra time to assess our home and clearly explain our options for equipment and installation. The install team was on site for a day and a half. Their work was professional and clean. We're very happy with this upgrade to our home and would highly recommend AirQuip to family and friends.

Ricky was very thorough and found a problem that could have resulted in a very serious situation at any time. He temporarily fixed it until the part comes in and it will be permanently fixed. Made several calls regarding this situation and set up a timely appt. For repair. Very good service. Would like to request that he do the repair if possible.

The team showed up right on time as planned. After reviewing the site, they removed the old furnace and installed the new one. They made all of the connections to the unit with the previous a/c. They also corrected mistakes from the original unit, corrected issues identified with the prior a/c install and corrected drainage problems. Great work Amir & Dwain & Matt!
