My fiance and his mother hired this company to fix catastrophic damage to their house about 9 months ago. The basement flooded and took out the heat, water and some electrical. We as a family called dozens of contractors and had many unfortunately try and rip us off. Joe, Tom and Zach at Service Experts did not! Formerly known as Taylor heating and plumbing, they worked with us, came in with sincere caring and professionalism that we did not see with other companies. Ultimately we went with this company to repair the ENTIRE house. Service Experts fixed the heat and water and tracked down over two dozen broken pipes. I could say more, but the button line is, if you hire them you are in good hands

Taylor Heating installed a new Lennox boiler system in my home. It was a pleasure working with the sales, HVAC technicians and management staff. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout our entire experience working with them. Thank you Joe and Tom for your patience and integrity while trying to make sure that the installation was done properly. I am also very appreciative to the awesome HVAC technicians that came into our home to install the boiler and make the necessary adjustments as needed. I am pleased with my experience with Taylor Heating (Service Experts). I recommend them highly.

Phoned Taylor due to leak in copper pipe elbow leading to water tank.When tech called back indicated if he came over & if it wasn't and emergency he wouldn't complete work. as because they service their memberships first. When I questioned that he said that's not what I meant. I heard correctly, at that point should of called elsewhere. Tech arrives & removes flex pipe, not even where leak is. Then replaces with copper pipe and clamps. Asked about soldering the two ends together and he said all on truck. He leaves, use hot water it leaks at point. Call next day, same tech comes out, removes a section of copper pipes, replaces same as day 1. Ask again about soldering, said too dangerous. Leaves, use water, leaks again. Day 3, call back told Field Manager coming. He arrives removes all previous work, replaces new copper pipe and elbows. Using solder on entire job. Obviously, Not dangerous at all!! Thank you Nick for fixing this issue, which should of been done this way on Day 1. Due to this whole experience, I am not confident using Taylor Inc. for my household needs. Should of not been a 3 Day nightmare! Also, to include that the bill was exorbitantly high.
