They are incredibly irresponsible. Four years ago, we bought a "new" complete A/C system for the apartment. It never cooled properly; after many calls, they came out, changed the control unit, and cut the filter section—yes, they actually cut it to try to "solve the problem," but it never worked right; the apartment just felt somewhat cool. A year later, I started having trouble with the A/C again. I called, but got no response—no return calls, no service whatsoever! I contacted another technician, and—surprise—only one part of the unit had been replaced, while the rest had merely been patched up! It was a total scam! I have pictures and videos too

Saw a driver today have a lot of road rage for no reason. In case you're wondering, he got off at Lyell Ave a bit before 7am from 390 going south. So I have no idea how you guys are at your jobs, but I'm never going to hire you if you're drivers are rude. Hope that driver finds some patience while I find another heating and cooling place :)
