This man likes to take advantage of elderly women. He was contracted for a job to replace a sink for my 63 year old mother. During the process he damaged the surrounding countertop and cracked/chipped multiple tiles (see the attached photos). He refused to offer to fix the issue or reduce the cost of the sink installation in any way. He didn't even apologize for the damage he caused. It also turns out that the sink he installed leaks and has flooded our bathroom. Complete scam artist. Taking advantage of an elderly person is one of the worst crimes you can commit and that's what you have committed, a crime. Avoid at all cost. -Kevin Chapman
