This week I had a new Cold-Weather Heat Pump / Air Handler system installed by Hawn. I received a number of estimates from different companies and Hawn provided the state-of-the-art system I was looking for. Aaron was very professional and courteous, and explained exactly what they would do. He also worked with me on the price. And he filled out the paperwork for my Fairport Electric rebate. When the day came, they arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the installation in one day. All of the old equipment was removed and taken away. I am the type of person that loves to see how things are built and work, so I watched during the entire installation. The workmanship was excellent, the measurements exact, and I know they went above and beyond with something that surprised me. They also answered any questions I had without hesitation. When they were through, they left my house (inside and out) immaculate. You'd never know they were there. Kudos to the installation crew, they were excellent. The system is up and running without any problems. This is my first interaction with Hawn, but it certainly will not be the last.

We have used HAWN Heating for many years. Their response time is excellent with fair pricing for parts and labor. Most recently we had Hunter service our Air Conditioning unit. He was professional, efficient and readily fixed the issue.

Hawn quoted us for the installation of central air conditioning offering a substantial cash discount. The quote included an electrical service upgrade and the installation of air conditioning units inside and outside the house. About half the cost of the project was the service upgrade. The technicians were all professionals, and well trained. Every question that I had was answered. They were respectful and polite. We are very happy to have the central air, and are most impressed by the way the system removes humidity from the air in the house. Hawn took care of all product registrations giving us a 10 year warranty. We are very happy with all aspects of the product and the process. I would reccommend Hawn without hesitation.
