We are a Tier 3 maintenance contract member with AirCon H&C. They came out today to perform the pre-winter service check of our heating system and, as a courtesy, also checked our split-mini system since this was their first visit to our home. Their work was detailed and thorough. The technician, Mark, explained everything he did and found while he was here, showing me pictures and videos. We walked the split-mini system and discussed its condition and discussed issues and potential future maintenance needs which he said were not pressing but should be kept in mind. Mark was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Later, we received a detailed, written report via email of everything we had discussed. Mark gave me confidence that using AirCon was the right decision after years of us being with a large, popular HVAC contractor in the Capital District.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our AC repair, condenser, evaporator coil, and refrigerant line at our townhouse in the Albany area. It was a very challenging installation, especially working in a tight attic space, but he completed the job efficiently and professionally. He was responsive, understood our urgency and worked hard to get the system installed as quickly. We were very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend Mark for HVAC service in the Albany area. Very reasonable price.
