My first contact was with Vanessa. To say I was a bit crazy when I called her would be an understatement, my contractor had taken money and not done the job.It's october , I needed a heating system in. She was professional kind personable No matter how many times I called her during this process, which wasn't long a few days. She greeted me like an old friend. Happy to hear from me. , Now she wasn't sure if they could take over a job that had been started , but immediately went in the back , found out for me and had a salesman to my house two days later , whose name is Tylor. He was equally as brilliant efficient about his job , walked us through all of our financing possibilities , seeing how we were already out how many thousand. Very kind very knowledgeable young man. He had us scheduled our financing done and everything.In what seemed like minutes easy effortless process with wonderful people. Then comes Kevin, the installer, quick efficient, he had everything done.\nIn extremely quick time , I think a couple hours , he was done. Lovely young man as well. It seems to be a theme with this. Heating company, wonderful personable, family values, lovely people highly recommend them. I can't say enough good. And as you can see from my post, I can talk if I ever have another heating system, I would hire them. If I ever need plumbing, anything done, these people do. They will be on Speed Dial. Actually, they are already the only people I will trust from here on out.. Wonderful company with American values...

I was having issues with our baseboard heating boiler and had an amazing experience with Kevin Baker and Christain Slater. They fixed the issue and recommended upgrades and did a fantastic job. Very professional!

Christian came out to diagnose and fix a furnace issue I had. He was professional, educated and knowledgeable about the situation. He was very informative throughout the service call and very polite. He made sure I was comfortable with the outcome and spent extra time to fully explain the situation I had on hand. He went the extra mile to fully clean up and even vacuum areas he didn’t work in. People like him are the reason good companies keep the reputation they do. I highly recommend glamorgan for any of your HVAC needs!
