Four years ago I had an infant and my furnace stopped working. I called two other places who came out and provided an astronomical price of a new furnace and then left meanwhile I still had no heat in the interim. Someone recommended I call Justin and he came out the same day and quoted me a new furnace which was significantly less than the price the other two places provided AND he temporarily got my furnace working so I at least had heat until he could install the new one the next day (which also just so happened to be a Saturday). Today, I noticed that my heat wasn’t working as it should so I called Justin, who asked his dad to come out and he was here within two hours. He was able to diagnose the problem and then I was provided with two options for fixing it depending on the route I wanted to go. I honestly couldn’t recommend Justin and his father more highly, these two are fantastic and I will forever be a returning customer.

Hired them to installation and convert a brand new propane system. After 5 years, the unit blew, and needed to be completely replaced (this was confirmed by the manufacturer). I called this business to see if they would install a new one, since it was determined by the manufacturer that the original install was done incorrectly, leading to this issue. Well... they did not accept that they made the mistake, and wanted to give me a ginormous quote to install it. Mind you, I was without heat or hot water for 2 days at that point, and I had all of the parts and equipment to install all ready to go already. So they wanted to charge me thousands to just show up, install it, and leave...

Paid cash to drive a new point for my renovated sprinkler system. They were here 8 hours wanted charge me $1750 I paid them $1400 and I still do not have a working point. The son told me they would be back to correct it but 3 weeks later they have not shown up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Paid to have a bunch of stuff done, they poorly installed/ fixed what I needed done. Then disappeared and ghosted, no money back, and nothing fixed.
