Contacted them for a quote to install central air. unfortunately I had to work so I had my teenage sons let the tech in to do the estimate. It was late in the week so I figured I would hear back by Tuesday maybe. No call. So I looked at the brochures and found the email for the tech who did the estimate and sent an email stating I would like the estimate. No response. Sent another email enquiring as to whether or not they just didn't want my business. No response .... Sorry guys, but not even a call or email to say you're not interested????? there's no "Turn" in your "Bull"..... There's also of something else though.... So I'm going with Titan. They came out, gave me a real good quote, and had real nice discounts and financing options. Don't waste your time with these jokers. Totally unprofessional... I'd give a half star if I could
