They didn't have the merchandise I needed

Dump of a store. Had an issue regarding a digital coupon so we attempted to have this issue corrected at customer service......it was like taking to a wall. No help could be offered even though we fulfilled the coupon criteria. The only assistance was to contact corporate, speaking to a manager was not an option. Somehow I had a better experience talking to a chat bot on their website than having the issue corrected at the store. I cannot recommend this location due to the staff, completely useless.

If you want to go to a Target that you don’t have to spend a lot of time shopping, well, it took me 3 TIMES to find a working cart. I know it’s crazy! They need to do work on the shopping carts. Target cross county mall.
