Arnica was 1st class from start to finish. Rosette did an excellent job communicating the process and addressing any concerns. Miguel, Adam, and Junior were the installers. They were extremely professional, valued my input, and followed through with my asks about equipment location. I highly recommend them!
Oct.2026 to prepare for winter heating season, I called Anna at Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning - AUTHORIZED DEALER for my Burnham boiler. Immediately she scheduled maintenance on the boiler they successfully installed in Spring 2026 (my previous boiler broke on a frigid day). What a relief to see the very capable Mr.John check that all was in good order to have a cozy home. Feb.2026 Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning skillfully repaired my Burnham gas boiler. THEY ARE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER and dealer, their expertise was obvious. My 20yo boiler gave up on a frigid -5º Super Bowl Sunday. The very next day, their plumber repaired it it and Arnica's quote for a replacement boiler beat out the competition. A week later, their crew efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new boiler. Between their professional, kind service and 24/7 live call center, I’ll confidently use them for all my annual maintenance.
Arnica installed a four-unit system in my co-op and did a great job. We got multiple quotes and they were the best balance of cost and reviews while being a Mitsubishi Diamond contractor. They did good work and were happy to jump through the hoops from my co-op including getting additional insurance. Would happily recommend them.
Good prompt response and service, came to my unit to assess the condition of my HVAC unit and fixed the problem.
They did a decent job with the installation of a heat pump system at a very reasonable price, but there were a lot of dropped balls and errors (e.g. switched connections affecting system performance, no dust protection).
