Called their number listed in Google and got an operator who at first wouldn't identify herself, and then said, yes, it was Croft. I scheduled an appointment - they said the technician would be there between 11:30 and 1:30. At 2:15, not having heard anything, I called back. Got some random text messages from someone claiming they were the technician, but was probably AI. Said that he was coming that day, but couldn't even give a time. Called the service line back again, and this time she refused to tell me who she was working for, so made it even sketchier. Checked the listing on Google again and saw a different phone number. Called that one, and was hung up on twice. Skip this vendor and move on to the next one if you want your issue resolved in any reasonable timeframe. UPDATE: The technician later called me and immediately started yelling without even identifying himself. When I broke off the conversation, he texted me to tell me I was crazy. Nice people you have working for you, Croft.

If you’re looking for an honest HVAC crew you finally found them. My mom used Croft’s for almost 30 years. I’ve used them since we moved back to GA and every time Jason is quick, thorough, and gets me extra life out of my units. I so appreciate them. A family run business that is worth supporting!

Happy customer - I was referred to them through a trusted friend 4 years ago. Croft services both my home and office. When you find a service you can trust and does what they say they will do, you better keep 'em!
