WARNING: Bait and Switch Pricing. - The Quote: Given a verbal quote of $460 over the phone for a small 1B1B condo (700 sqft). - The Work: They arrived late (50mins for finding parking??) and worked for only 1 hour and 20 minutes. - The Trap: Handed me a final bill for $1,150 with zero prior warning of a price increase. - The Response: When I tried to resolve it, the owner was incredibly aggressive and denied his original quote (see chat history attached) I am reporting them to the DCWP for deceptive business practices. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. I scheduled an appointment with this vent cleaning company, and they simply didn’t show up—no call, no heads-up, nothing. It’s incredibly disrespectful of a customer’s time. What made it worse was their unprofessional communication; they talk to you like a buddy instead of treating you like a client. Overall, very disappointing and not a company I would trust or recommend. How they reached so many 5 star reviews that’s beyond me, most probably all paid for! Zero star!

I believe the company likely regularly deletes poor reviews and posts fake new reviews. The review and photos of the resulting damage from my service a few months ago has been deleted. They did damage to a pocket door requiring it to be re-hung, damage to paint on walls, damage to a marble countertop that cannot be fixed, and damage to hardwood floor that required re-polishing. Then they denied doing so despite photos.
