waste of my time, waste of my money. On the phone I explained what the job would be, at length and in great detail. There was zero chance that there could be any confusion over what I needed to have done. They offered to send one of their service people over to do a survey, and provide an estimate, however i had to pay for it. Literally the second the person walked in, He said oh we can’t do that. he then spent an hour and a half, not talking to me, standing on his phone, trying to get in touch with someone from his company because he apparently had to talk to an actual expert because he knew Absolutely nothing. Long story short, they wasted my time they took my money and they were not even qualified to come out and provide an estimate because they can’t do this work. How stupid do you have to be to send someone to a job site that you’re not even qualified to be on? Seriously don’t use this company. There are much better ones out there with actually competent people who work for them

The most efficient personalized service … I have even a yearly contract with them so I have priority if needed and they respect that ! And very respectful with out home ( putting cover boots on, making sure there bag will no scratch your floors, very polite…)
